RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. AskBurg ingests your content, stores it as vector embeddings, and for each question retrieves the most relevant passages before answering. This grounds responses in your actual data and reduces made-up answers. See the technical overview.

Common sources include PDFs and Office documents, websites and sitemaps, help centers and FAQs, tools like Notion and Confluence, Google Drive, Markdown and text, spreadsheets, and content from APIs and databases. The index refreshes automatically as your content changes.

No. Your data is used to answer your questions through retrieval, and it is never used to train our base model without your explicit consent. Each customer's knowledge base is kept in its own isolated, encrypted index.

You can add an embeddable web widget with a single snippet, integrate via our REST API and SDK, or connect channels like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Answers can include citations back to the source document.

Yes. White-label is available on special plans and removes all AskBurg branding: your logo, colors, name, and a custom domain, with reseller options for agencies and platforms. See white-label details.

Data is isolated per customer, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by access controls so the chatbot only surfaces what a given user is allowed to see. You can request deletion of your data and indexes at any time.
